Just a few reminders... In an effort to serve you and your guests better and to ensure proper staffing for your suite or tent, please confirm your final orders by: September 4th for September 12th - 14th * Customized menus are available. Please call for quotes. * Menu prices are based upon a minimum of 50 guaranteed guests * Final guaranteed guest counts are due 4 business days prior to the event. Counts may only be raised after that date. Events cannot be cancelled due to weather or any other circumstances after the final guaranteed count has been given. * Jug's Catering will be prepared to serve 10% over the guaranteed count and will bill accordingly as used. The guaranteed guest count is the minimum charge if actual attendance is less than the guarantee. * Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. * All invoices are subject to Indiana Sales Tax. No gratuity or service charge is added to the final invoice.
