Jug’s Catering capabilities for on-site preparation are legendary in the state of Indiana.  With the most extensive fleet of high tech mobile kitchens, Jug’s experienced full time staff is capable of serving up to 75,000 guests, hot and fresh meals at a single event.  Jug’s Catering mobile kitchens are custom made and include commercial grills, convection ovens, conventional ovens, fryers, steamers, Mira-Clean flat top grills, and refrigeration units.  The largest of these customized kitchens is a fully outfitted 600T Kenworth capable of serving over 3,000 meals in just two hours.

On-site preparation ensures that guests are served meals cooked moments before serving time, not prepared several hours prior and held in warming units.  Having superior mobile catering equipment gives Jug’s Catering the advantage of serving the freshest, hottest food possible in the on-site catering industry.  The quality continues to live up to the reputation that the Eckert family has spent decades establishing.
