Per person per beverage
Indiana State Law always requires all guest to have ID on their person. Indiana State Law prohibits the serving of alcohol to underage or intoxicated individuals. As a result, Jug’s Catering reserves the right to verify age, cease service or refuse access at any time. As a company policy, Jug’s Catering does not permit risky serving behavior, including but not limited to shots, high alcohol content drinks, more than 2 drinks per person per trip to the bar, drinking games etc. Additionally, the following apply: Expressly no beverage may come in to and event, No last-call is to be announced, expressly no alcoholic beverage may be selfservice, expressly no co-serving with other Vendors, food must be served in accordance with Indiana State Law when bar service is present. Jug’s Catering reserves the right to suspend or stop alcohol service and/or cancel the event, even if already in progress, at any time, if safety is in jeopardy or there is a breach of contract, or if there is unlawful behavior of the Client or guest(s}.
Bartender Fees include liquor liability insurance.
