Large Event Catering Requirements
Jug’s Catering specializes in the large events. We have a minimum requirement of 100 guests Monday to Friday. Weekend events require a minimum of 150 guests. Weekend Wedding Receptions require a minimum of 150 guests. If you have any questions regarding your event and our policies please call our office and speak to one of the sales associates.Final guaranteed guest counts are due 7 business days prior to the event. Counts may only be raised after that date. Jug’s Catering will be prepared to serve 10% over the guaranteed count. The minimum charge is the guarantee guest count or actual guest count, whichever is higher.
Jug’s Catering requires access to one 110 volt electrical outlet. If electricity is not available there is a $75.00 generator rental fee per mobile kitchen.
Social events, such as weddings and reunions, require a $500.00 non-refundable security deposit that will be applied to the final balance for the cost of catering your event.
We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards. For American Express there will be a 10% handling fee. All other credit cards incur a 5% handling fee.
Catering Cancellation Contract
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed catering event, the following cancellation fees will apply:
